The website destinationsvacationclub.com is operated by TERRATRA S DE RL DE CV (DVC), with fiscal address at Quetzalcóatl 533 A, Col. Jardines de la Villa, Villa de Álvarez, Colima, Mexico, RFC TER210126LC2.

2. Definitions

• Website: search engine exclusive to DVC subscribers.

• Subscriber: individual who voluntarily accepts these Terms.

• Service Provider: third parties registered in global reservation systems (hotels, airlines, car rental companies, etc.).

• Arrivia Technology: company that connects to global reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).

• Reservation Facilitator: DVC service that transmits subscriber information to the provider in real time.

3. Scope of Service  

By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

DVC is not a travel agency or organizer; it only facilitates searches and connections with external providers.

4. Subscription

• An active account is required to access the website.

• Accounts are created through online registration and payment of the subscription.

• The initial subscription grants access for one year.

• The annual renewal fee is $199 USD (subject to change in subsequent years).

• If the renewal fee is not paid, the account becomes inactive; it may be reactivated by paying the fee without penalties.

• Subscriptions may be transferred to another person following DVC’s procedure.

5. Duration  

The service may be of indefinite duration, according to the contract and agreed price.

6. Contracts with Third Parties

• DVC does not directly provide the compared services.

• Contracts are concluded between the subscriber and the chosen provider.

• DVC is not involved in claims or execution of such contracts.

7. Support and Use  

Support is available on the website and via email: memberservices@destinationsvacationclub.com.

Subscribers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must notify DVC of any unauthorized use.
