The purpose is to guarantee the privacy of such information and the right to informational self-determination. This Notice also informs you of the purposes for which the Controller collects and processes your Personal Data (as defined below).

The Controller will collect the following personal data: name and address (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”), necessary for the following purposes:

• To provide the best service through our Search Engine.

• To carry out the follow-up specified in the Terms regarding the Annual Renewal Fee.

Sensitive, Financial, and Property Data  

In accordance with the Law, we require your express consent to process sensitive personal data, as well as financial and property-related data, except for the exceptions established by the Law. If you grant consent for the processing of such data, the Controller undertakes not to process them for purposes other than those established in this Privacy Notice.

Data Transfers  

Your Personal Data may be transferred by the Controller, within the country of residence of the Controller, to third parties solely for the following purposes: to facilitate services contracted with third parties chosen by you through your searches. The Controller will take all necessary measures to ensure that these third parties commit to the same terms of this Privacy Notice and comply with the corresponding security and confidentiality measures. If you do not wish your Personal Data to be transferred to third parties for these purposes, you must notify the Controller through the contact information provided in this Privacy Notice. If you do not express opposition to such transfers, it will be understood that you have granted your consent. Please note that if data is not transferred, it may not be possible to contract certain services with third parties.

Rights (ARCO Rights / DVC Rights)  

You have the right to access your Personal Data held by us and to know the details of its processing directly through your DVC subscription in the “My Account” section. You may also rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, cancel them if you consider they are not required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, if they are being used for non-consented purposes, or if the contractual or service relationship has ended. You may also oppose their processing for specific purposes (hereinafter, the “DVC Rights”).
