TERRATRA S. de R.L. de C.V., with registered tax address at Quetzalcóatl 533 A, Col. Jardines de la Villa, Villa de Álvarez, Colima, Mexico, RFC TER210126LC2 (hereinafter, the “Controller”), in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (the “Law”), makes this Privacy Notice available to inform how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, and stored, guaranteeing privacy and the right to informational self-determination.

1. Data Collected  

The Controller will collect name and address (hereinafter, “Personal Data”), necessary for:

• Providing the service through the search engine.

• Monitoring the Annual Renewal Fee established in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Sensitive, Financial, and Asset Data  

The processing of such data requires express consent, except for the exceptions provided by the Law. The Controller undertakes not to use them for purposes other than those established in this Notice.

3. Data Transfer  

Your Personal Data may be transferred within the country to third parties solely to facilitate the services contracted through your searches.

The Controller will require such third parties to comply with the same security and confidentiality measures.

If you do not wish your data to be transferred, you must notify the Controller. If no objection is expressed, consent will be deemed granted.

Please note that if you do not authorize the transfer, it may not be possible to contract certain services with third parties.

4. ARCO Rights  

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your Personal Data.
